JW368C Single-face Doubling Winder

This machine mainly used to the plying process of cotton, acrylic, chemical fiber and blending.

Characteristics:

1. The single yarn combination of kinds of short spun, microfiber;

2. Groove drum form, stable and reliable, is suitable for multispecies;

3. Electron decollation detection and the electron fixed length device as one, put an end to the interlarding of single yarn and double hard waste, and get bobbin of one spindle one fixed length, to make the quality better;

4. Silk threading adopts straight line yarn road, avoids the tension change when doubling;

5. Reasonable and clear guiding yarn structure, appropriate height of machine table, fast machine speed, low energy consumption and noise, makes the operation more advantageous;

6. Electron overlap prevention device, to make the molding of bobbin look elegant;
